Twentieth is a three unit condominium building developed on a tight urban site in Santa Monica. The massing of this structure was carefully manipulated to provide privacy, access to outdoor space, and light and air throughout the interiors.

Landscaping provides a buffer from the street while simultaneously framing outdoor living space

The outdoor spaces are arranged to tie in robustly with the indoor living spaces.

All three levels are linked together by a light filled stair atrium.
